I ordered a hood release handle from Corvette Central on April 27, 2017, it was stated that the item was in stock; well it wasn’t.
I have received 3 emails stating different dates that the item will be shipped out, the latest one is Sept 1, 2017.
Now that will be 5 months of waiting for this item.
If they don’t have it in stock they should just tell you at the time you are ordering, but Corvette Central does not do this, so they hold you up on finishing to restore your car for 5 months and still they don’t have the item in stock.
Canceled the item can’t wait any longer.
The person at Corvette Central, Heather, in customer service, is very rude.
I have 3 x 1984 Corvettes, 1x 1986 Corvette, and 1 x 1963 Corvette. I have purchased a lot from Corvette Central over the years, but our relationship has just come to an end over a $30.00 part because of the back ordering policy, and the rudeness of their customer service department.
This is not the first time this has happened.
