Express Timeshare Closings is a scam!
Our story exactly reenacts the scenario Larry described in the first complaint against this company. Corey Wilson (sales) called, saying he had a customer in his office who was willing & able to purchase our condo at full price, but he needed a Green dot Card (untraceable) for $500 to transfer the title.
Then we received a call from Tom Grayson confirming this requirement. He was not at all interested in charging $500 to my AMEX card, since that COULD be both traced & prosecuted. Further, he told us to check the BBB site for their rating (A-), so we could see that they had no complaints against them. Instead, I googled the company name, & saw that there was a complaint that had been registered at this site.
Then we called the BBB who told us that, since Express Timeshare Closings were not actually a member, all they could tell us was that no complaints were made against them. They did tell us to check with the Florida Division of Consumer Affairs, who then told us that Express Timeshare Closings is not licensed to do business in the state of Florida.
So, in summation, this company – which could be changing its name as we speak – is trying to scam people who desperately want to sell their timeshares. They are preying on your vulnerability, & tried to convince us that this site, with its complaint from Larry (and now us) simply represented crackpots & disgruntled employees

Tom grayson and cory wilson are not associated with express timeshare closings. We have no knowledge of these people, where they are or how to stop them. Apparently they are using this company name due to our good better business bureau rating. Express timeshare closings, inc. Is strictly a closing company and does assist sellers in finding buyers and we do not assist buyers in finding timeshares. We certainly do not contact people, tell them we have a buyer and request that they send us money! We urge timeshare owners to never send money to anyone who contacts them out of the blue and tells them they have a buyer.
