Scam. Said I Had An Unpaid Loan From 2007

This place call and left a message stating my last name and last four digits of my social security number. They said I had an unpaid pay day loan from 2007. If I didn’t pay $948.00 today I was going to be arrested and turned in for writing a bad check. He said if I didn’t pay today I would be prosecuted and fined $4000.00.

I took down his bogus name and address. I called back and the person on the phone wouldn’t give me any info about there place of business and hung up on me.

Sounds like a scam to me.

I then googled the name of the company and came across this website. I quickly called my attorney who informed me that… Read more »
