Is Retinolla a Scam, Rip Off, or Fraud? WARN OTHER CONSUMERS By Sharing

I was signing into TD easy web and on the TD page an ad for cost of shipping you would get a sample of Luxorev and Retinolla, both face creams. It sounded okay and legitimate as it was on TD page (even though it was not a TD ad as I later found out…).

The cream was like any other regular cream on the market. I forgot all about it, and a month later I was charged at total of $379.34, on top of the shipping I had previously paid.

NO OTHER PRODUCT JUST THE 2 TINY JARS That came in the 1st order.

I called them and asked what this was about. I was told there was a small box at the bottom of the original order page that said I had to cancel within 2 weeks.

I was basically told tough luck you should read everything. I thought I had checked it all off.

I was told there would be no refund. I asked if they would cancel it for me now and I was told an email was coming. I am still waiting. I will probably have to cancel my credit card.

When it says free it never is as we know, however, this is a huge gouge on small people from a large company. Something should be done.

I have completed a survey with RBC and this pop up stated that I would be entitled to receive a gift – you know what I mean – you would just need to pay for the shipping. Sounded good – I never click on these links but I thought maybe this time I will since it was associated with the RBC survey. BIG MISTAKE. I received the original product – there was nothing special with the product – I will continue to use Mary Kay instead – I have always been happy with their products since 2005. Great Brand. Anyway,… Read more »
I fell for this scam as well. I don’t have the delivery papers anymore for the products that I received. Around January, I kept being re-routed to a “local telephone company website” that was supposedly doing a promotion that included free products if you paid for shipping. There wasn’t anything about paying for the full price if I kept the products. I fell for it, got the products, and never thought anything of it again. In March, I started getting more charges on my credit card from different companies. 2 companies would charge me on the same day. $9.41… Read more »
A fraud company online scam. They offered a free sample and asked for credit card info. for shipping charges 5.99. Then on my first credit card debit they 2.95, 5.95 and 5.99 for samples I didn’t order. They I received a package with the moisturizing cream and another age defying cream I did not order. When I got my next credit card statement I was billed 179.95, 189.98 and for some extended warranty Asurion for 3.99. I called my mastercard Walmart, immediately to report this. They told me call the number next to the product name and cancel it and… Read more »
Retinolla scammed me too. It came up on Amazon saying I qualified for this free sample, just pay shipping. So I did and paid the shipping 14.89 on my credit card. Then I received the package and on my next credit card I was billed $179.95 for the one cream and 189.98 for the other. I called my mastercard immediately to report this and they told me I had to phone the number next to the name and cancel and call them back with a cancellation number. But when I called to cancel I was told it was past the… Read more »

Fraud company, they manipulated by asking me to participate in a BMO bank survey and at the end they offered free gift with shipment fees only, to discover after one month that they deduct from my card an amount of $140 without my approval, they are like a thief even it was not mentioned clearly that they would continue sending products and withdraw money without any approval… fraud and stealing…if you have honor let us know how to stop this manipulation and reimburse us… I informed my bank about it and will see what we can do… how to stop… Read more »
