What is wrong with these people!

Thieves! I returned product as outlined in their brochure, cancelled everything, and stated they are NOT AUTHORIZED to access my account.

They confirmed receiving returned product and my cancellation letter, yet they keep sending me more and stealing money from my account although they know they have no authorization to do so.

This company needs to be shut down and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Total Scam. I have had the same experience of sending the product bottles back immediately and with a cancellation notice and still was charge $87.63. I intend to fight these charges. I will go on all my social media sites to report the scam.

I received a collection notice from Collect Pros out of Woburn, MA stating I owed $87.63 for Biofinite. I ordered the free sample then sent an e-mail asking to cancel, (I think it was a fake e-mail, because I never got confirmation) and now they’re sending a collection agency after me. I don’t know how they are getting away with this scam!! I never received any kind of bill or communication what so ever. I didn’t even use the stuff, it’s crap! They can have it back! If this alters my credit score I’m going to be so angry. Isn’t… Read more »

This company is a total scam. I ordered the product for both myself and my husband and upon receiving the product and reading the fine print, I sent an email to cancel that same day as I could not get through on the phone number. The email stated that I was requesting the cancellation for both parties and mentioned both names in the email. I receive a response that it has been cancelled and I can keep the product for a 50% discount. I decline and send the product back. Ten days after receiving the package I am billed the… Read more »

I had the same service as others have said and agree with the complaints. Part of this was my error for not reading more closely how much I would be charged. Unfortunately we had a death of a close friend and I sure wasn’t paying attention to the fine print. Getting the 2 bills for $87.63 each was a shock. I was not that impressed with the products (Biofinite or Creme Del Mar.) So I paid the $4.95 & the $87.63 each. My error.

I agree with the other complaints…..BEWARE…..this is a SCAM! On the Internet, you think you are getting a 2 week trial period for $3.95. WRONG! They’ll charge your credit card $87.64. This also happened with Creme Del Mar……2 week trial for $4.95 that is really $87.64. Another Senior Citizen has learned her lesson.

I purchased the 14 day trial version. I attempted to contact Biofinite to order another bottle. I was totally unseccessful in contacting them so I purchase another product, not biofinite, from the local store. Today I see that my account has been debited for $87.63 for biofinite and another $87.63 for something called MMC skin cream both from the same company. I never received any MMC skin cream even during the 14 day trial. I attempted to contact them so that I could purchase the cream again without success. When I go to their Biofinite support, which is a link… Read more »

I got the Biofinite on a trial, the terms and conditions were very clear on the page i placed the order. My girlfriend did not like it so i called to cancel and they never charged me except for shipping. I think it is important to read what you are buying since it is a Trial and not a sample.

Its true that they hide in fine-print that they will start charging you within the 14 day so called “trial period”. I don’t know if the product is any good but this is a slick operation, and very annoying.
