Sold many copies but never received one cent in royalties - Tate Music Group & Publishing
I paid $4000 to have my original book published with a clause in the contract that the $4000 would be refunded once the book was published and available for sell.
Sold many copies but never received one cent in royalties. Never received the 200 personal books.
Now they have the nerve to ask me to forfeit all the money they owe plus pay $50 to get all the files related to my book. I think this could have been made into a movie, so who knows Tate Failed, they could be costing me millions.
I have no idea what to do now. I have searched the web hoping to find an answer and if anyone out there is planning a class action please include me in the class.
