Double charges for delivery - Sharis Berries

I was ordering covered strawberries to send to my grandchildren for Valentine’s Day. First, I ordered a package of strawberries and covered Oreos, with a card. I picked a Saturday delivery date (extra charge besides the regular delivery fee).

I wanted to add an order of the Love Bug brownies but couldn’t add it to that order. The website does not allow you to add on items, only those they have indicated. So, I had to go back to shopping and it asked for a delivery date and I chose the date on the first order.

At check-out I was being charged another set of the two delivery charges even though the two items were being delivered on the same day to the same address.

I emailed customer service and received back an answer that had to be boiler plate because it did not address my questions or concerns.

I canceled the order and will NOT deal with them again. It’s sad because I have dealt with them before and had no problems.
