Disaster Purchase And Company Feedback Manipulation - Sam’s Club

After 3 attempts to leave feedback which all were denied:

First attempt, It was just as below but mentioned I wished I would have purchased from Lowes. They said that was not allowed because it mentioned a competitor.

(This is the second attempt) Order was placed for patio set & it arrived damaged. The manager did not respond. They will not allow honest feedback to their site of my experience.

All 4 corners arrived damaged even though the packaging looked fine.

This table weighs a lot, I would say over 150 pounds and the packaging is just not enough to protect it during shipping.

I was on the phone with a manager 9 days ago and still have not heard back even though he said he would call right back. I asked him if I could call the manufacturer and he said ‘no’ I had to go through Sams Club and that information is confidential.

Called back again, but still no response.

This purchase has turned into a nightmare even though the product is good. I had to take two days off of work just for the delivery because Fedex cancelled the first delivery day.

Fedex asked me if I could help unload it from the truck because only one person will be doing the delivery. I am a woman so not about to help them.

They also said they were coming with a semi so if they could not get close enough to our house they would just leave it on the side of the road.

On the bright side we did not have any major issues putting the chairs together except for one bolt being bent which my husband replaced. There were a few blemishes but nothing too major. I will say the chairs were packaged very well and the blemishes occurred during production.

I would only recommend this to a friend if they improve the packaging for the table. I tried to leave feedback to their website and this disaster purchase.

They would not allow it and sent me this message:
