NFL tickets for 6 months without my authorization, no refund given - DIRECTV
It happened last year and it happened again this year – they added the NFL ticket despite my previous request that they not! I called and they told me I have to review my bill and they send something saying they will add to bill unless I say not to.
That is not fair or direct business practice.
When asked for a refund, I was denied it. I was on the phone for an hour before being hung up on by a supervisor, Jane.
The rep I spoke to before who was kind and I actually feel bad for as it wasn’t his fault is Albert Badge # 100666022.
