AT&T Harassment – Be Aware and DON’T BUY THEIR SERVICE - AT&T

I cancelled service with AT&T Atlanta on 6/22 and got a statement for the full month of 6/20 thru 7/20. Since I had an Autopay setup the payment was processed for the month I didn’t have the service.

I called their reps and they clearly said they can’t refund as I have already cancelled the service and no longer a customer. Since the payment was made using a credit card, I called the bank who created a dispute on the payment.

Instead of working with me and the bank they sent all my personal info like SSN, DOB, address etc. to 3rd parties.

This company is very unethical and unprofessional. They are ruthless and abuse your personal info. Just be aware.
