Misrepresentation - AT&T

Had ordered at&t phone internet phone and direct tv. Had to pay 138 for equipment . Phone and internet was installed on one day the tv was to be installed on the following day.

It was not, after several phone calls and 8 hours of being on the phone with At&T today it was all finally straightened out. I was told I had to pay $200 for equipment but was charged $449 instead.

When we called back in they said that was for a deposit, no one ever mentioned anything about a deposit.

They defrauded me, how many other customers do they do this to? For the past 3 weeks no TV and having four children this has really been an inconvenience.
