Worst customer service - Teezily


I ordered 3 of the “Friends” sweaters before Thanksgiving. After 2 weeks of not seeing anything I emailed them 3 times before they finally responded. I told them to cancel my order, they said they would but didn’t.

I emailed 8 times to cancel my order and they sent them anyway. I

finally got the 3 sweatshirts in January. I sent the order back to sender and a month later they still have not gave my money back.

They absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!
