No Merchandise Received - Spoiled Rotton

My daughter ordered a cute dress for her homecoming dance at the end of September of 2015. As of December 10, 2015, the dress has not been received.

A package was received from this company for another customer that lives in North Carolina – about 900 miles south of Connecticut. No communication has been received from what I can tell. I have sent a final notice to this company and as of tomorrow will inform my credit card company that this charge should be removed from my bill. The amount is small, only $25, but it is the principle of the issue.

This is not how you run a business. There isn’t even a phone number to call on the website! So ridiculous.
