I, too, cancelled my membership and continue to be charged.

The woman tried to talk me into keeping my membership and I refused but now I looked and I have continued to be charged! My credit report, however, has not been updated ONCE, since I originally signed up for the service over 9 months ago?

How is the government letting them stay in business? Of course you cannot call them after hours, the only time most working people have time to look at their card statements to see that they are still being charged and then you go to work the next day and by the time they’re open, you get busy and can’t call–this is what they count on.
