To my surprise we got the wrong size - SammyDress

I ordered an overcoat and a cap from and after quite a while we finally received the goods and I was surprised when I tried on the overcoat (I ordered 3X knowing that Asian tailors generally rate sizes one smaller than what is tagged). I couldn’t even get one arm in the coat, by US standards this overcoat measured more like a S (Small) although the tag on the collar said 3X.

The disappointing thing is that after searching all over the site for some kind of contact info I found the only email address on the site and sent a return request for the coat and hat (the hat came down over my ears it was so big). That email was sent over a month ago and I have not heard a word from SammyDress.

I only spent $40, but how can an internet business do business this way. This will eventually cause people to think twice before ordering clothing over the internet.
