Broken promises cost me money. - PC Matic

I purchased a new computer from Best Buy in April 2013. They loaded webroot on it for virus protection. After seeing the Great,” Made in America” ad by Mr. Chen, I change 4 my five devices over to PCMatic,

In Sept of 2013; I paid the $50 dollar fee for 5, for a year. I renewed my script in Sept 2015. At the of November 2015 my pc crashed. I took it back to Best Buy. It cost me $240.00 dollars, to have it cleaned and restored.

There were over 400 viruses including malware. PC Matic had promised to take care of it, they lied. After much confrontation they refused to pay the $240.00 dollars I paid to Best Buy. They refunded ONLY the second year renewal amount of $49.99 dollars.

THEY LIED TO ME AND WOULD NOT TAKE CARE OF THERE MISTAKES. I now have Webroot again and a year of tech-support form Best Buy Geek Squad I will stick with them.
