Took payment, did Not send dress, no customer service number or contact

I ordered a dress for my daughters first communion, I had 12 days before the ceremony, so I paid for expedited shipping. 7 days later it still hasn’t shipped.

I started to look for a customer service number or contact number and there is nothing. That’s when I found other complaints.

I have disputed the charge on my card and the dress still hasn’t shipped.
