Shipped same shirt twice – won’t pay returns -

I ordered a $44 shirt, and returned it at my expense. The shirt was sent to me again, charged to my Visa, and the HerRoom refuses to send a return label.

The customer service person, Wendy, says is that it was a back-ordered item, and I did not cancel after my return of the first shirt. I asked for a refund $44 and a return label and was told I must ship it at my expense. I do not think I should have to return a shirt I did not order.

The tone of the customer service person is quite offensive.
