Reception/Services has been a problem since being acquired - DIRECTV

We have been customers of Direct TV for thirteen years with no complaint. When I heard of the merger I knew that our service was going to suffer significantly. AT&T is only about the money they receive and not the service they provide.

It is a tragedy that they have acquired a company that had extraordinary customer service, quality of product and reliability. Since this merger we have experience more outages, degradation of services and quality of service, substandard equipment etc.

At this point I have never wanted to consider Dish network but considering the current level of service I am considering changing my mind.
