Raised my rate 100% after 12 months! - DIRECTV

Was paying enough for their “service” before for the first 12 months…just got a bill for my 13-24 month of service. they have doubled my price. i am locked in for 24 months.

I have called them many times and get absolutely no help. their way to help me is to offer me a “downgrade” in channels and service? trying to get a hold of someone that even understands plain english is tough. I guess most of their horrible Customer service is from the Philippines….?

Go with a company that will, lock your price for the full length of the contract. I can not wait to cancel my subscription these people are horrible to deal with!
