Over-billing Tom Foolery - DIRECTV

I received in mail from AT&&T DirecTv a promotion DirecTv + Internet $34.95 a month for 12 months. The package also promised $100 award card.

I signed up for 24 month plan in Jan 2016. I received a $50 award card not the $100 I was promised, and now they want to charge me each month and additional $20 for internet on top of the $34.95 bundle I signed up for.

Their retention department made it right in Feb 2016 by giving me a credit of $20. However in Mar 2016 they refused to give me my $20 credit for internet. They sighted the small print about additional charges may apply. It’s tomfoolery.

Now i plan to make a trip to their office to get straightened out.
