Cancellation fees - DIRECTV

Direct TV Charged us a $240 cancellation fee even though we stayed with Direct TV.
We cancelled our account and went with AT&T/Direct TV. When I called I was told the $240 disconnect charge would be waived if we kept Direct TV at the same address.

We did and provided proof. Jamie ID# 6372 then said the opposite, now she could not waive the fee & stated I needed to fill out a form. Before she told me where to find the form she transferred me. I then talked to Justin ID#66420 who said he was the manager and he was extremely rude and said he could waive the disconnect fee but was not going to. He was childish and defiant and could not explain why.

I told him I had been on the phone for almost an hour and told over & over the fee would be waived. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I will be contacting the head office at Direct TV. This customer service location was in Philippines.
