6 days without TV - DIRECTV

We had a storm on 26 April 2016 Direct TV went out, code 775. I called Technical support was given a repair time of 27 April 2016.

12-4, no one showed up, no call nothing.

I called customer service, was told my “repair time” was changed to 3 May 2016, with no explanation what so ever, and that there was nothing they could do.

So I wasted half a days work for nothing.

Seems we lose signal when the wind blows.

The service is pitiful and customer service is awful, I will cancel and never recommend this service.
