Bob from Done.com broke the traverse rod - Done

Done.com sent Bob out to install a traverse rod. Bob spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to put up the traverse rod when he left the traverse rod DID NOT work and Bob had cut the rope that controls the traverse rod.

I could not return or exchange the broken traverse rod. I sent Done.com 2 emails. The manager Jack called me when I told him what had happened and that I wanted a refund, HE HUNG UP ON ME!

DON’T USE done.com.

This ended up costing me $150.00
