Rips off customers - AT&T

On April 7, 2016, I went to AT&T to upgrade my daughter’s phone. While we were looking at phones the rep came over and told me if I purchased the Galaxy S7 and linked my direct tv and AT&T accounts, I would get a 48 inch television….so I did…

After waiting almost 2 months for my accounts to link, I reached out to AT&T and thought they would fix the problem… Instead, they told me I didn’t qualify because it had to be a new direct tv account.

They will not make good on what their rep told me to persuade me to buy a more expensive phone.

So it is ok for AT&T reps to lie to people in order to sell a more expensive phone.

AT&T and Verizon may have top ratings, but I would never do business with either because of my own and other people’s experiences with them. T-Mobile knows how to treat customers fairly. This is based on over ten years of purchasing and using their services. I am not a T-Mobile employee, nor am I related to one.
