Terrible Service - Teezily

I ordered a hoodie that I had had my eye on for a number of weeks on facebook, i finally decided to cave in and order it on it’s last day. The payment went through almost straight away from paypal and I waited…..and waited, and waited.

It has been about a month now, i have written in to the contact us service twice and had no reply and have now written private mail to their facebook page and am still waiting on a reply.

This is the worst service i have ever experienced, it feels more like i have been scammed out of £30! i will never be using this service again.

There is no way of tracking your orders and therte is no phone number to contact them. a company that cannot be trusted in my opinion!
