Shame on you - BellaLabs

I ordered both La Creme and BellaLabs on the same day from their websites. Initially, I was charged full price for La Creme. I cancelled 6 days after receiving the cream because I hadn’t had the opportunity to use it since it arrived right before going on vacation. I figured I would reorder it if I liked it as opposed to risk paying full price and end up not liking it.

Once I contacted customer support via email and provided the tracking number showing when I actually received it, my money was refunded.

That alone, is good customer service. I can’t say the same for bellalabs. Same situation, but they only refunded me half; faulting me for not letting them know when the product arrived. Seriously?

Shame on you bellalabs. I have a feeling that this is the norm for you all; how you receive most of you money. Shame!
