Hours wasted waiting to speak to an agent; HOURS. Not 10 or 20 minutes. - Seterus

This organization is heading for trouble with CFPD; they are understaffed and are failing to meet their obligations as set forth by federal law. It is impossible to get someone to respond or answer their phone in any timely fashion.

I have called 7 times waiting in excess of 40 minutes waiting for an agent. This company should be ashamed.
