Extremely not responsive - Seterus

Tried to make a payment via the phone. the ‘customer service rep” or whoever answers the#800 , told me they could not speak to me as my loan was in ‘litigation” (not sure if its just my loan, or my loan is part of a larger litigation issue.)

Was told my issue would be forwarded to the legal dept and they would respond. Naturally, i am/was concerned.

However, 3 days later, i still have not heard from ANYONE.
