Bad Customer Service - O’Reilly Auto Parts

First Issue: The manager is not willing to sale the sandpaper in individual pieces because it will cause more work for him to do his inventory. I am a small business owner and cannot afford to buy large quantities.

Second Issue: I was given some paint that was not mixed properly and therefore it did not match up. I took the paint back and requested he remix me some paint at no additional charge and he was not willing to do so. He would not even give me a discount. I lost $70.00 out of pocket.

This may seem like a small amount but I again I am a small business owner trying to make it.
