Not What I Ordered - Avas Flowers

I was highly dissatisfied with their service, and their lack of attention to my whole situation.

We took time to pick out the right arrangement, a pink and white funeral basket instead we received a spring bouquet for my sister in laws funeral. We were embarrassed and mortified. For Avas to throw in anything they had handy was unacceptable.

I emailed and tried calling for one week and got nowhere. Corporate headquarters would not answer the phone.

They all “apologized for my inconvenience” and offered me $13.50 refund. I wanted an explanation as to what happened and no one would answer my question

I have received an e mail asking me how satisfied I was with their service, I responded with “you really didn’t read my last 5 emails to your company, did you?
