Looses 19 year subscriber to poor customer service. Multiband in Longview. - DIRECTV
775 problem on screen, no Cable TV service so I called DirecTV in May 2014. In June a contract technician named Cody, from Multiband in Longview, Texas came out and was very rude and could not fix the problem.
After having service with DirecTV for 19 years, I had to cancel.
Now account # 2092605 no longer sends DirecTV the $100 monthly fees because of a rude contract technician named Cody, who needs to be trained in customer service skills.
