Horrible Customer Service - La-Z-Boy

First, I’d like to say that Lazy-boy came highly recommended after we had our previous furniture for approx. 9 years. I purchased a couch and accent chair. The couch is perfect and comfortable. The chair is where the problem begins.

I noticed issues immediately on the arrival of the chair regarding the fabric, I asked the gentleman to take it back or make a record of my complaint he replied that he was only a delivery service and to call the 800 number provided. I did so immediately, staples were protruding from the arms and well as fabric bunched and pulling from sides…

To shorten this whole episode, I have tried 3 times for them to correct this and there reply is that its the normal nature of the fabric! It is nothing like the couch, which as I said was perfect. I have contacted their CS and moved up the ladder, but they will not exchange or refund! HELP, ps. this chair is now 1 month old!
