Disrespectful Employee - LA Fitness

One Sunday morning my wife and I decided to go to the Gym with the kids. Her and the kids have membership. She gave me a 3 day workout pass. I forgot my ID in the car. One lady with braided blonde hair acting as the branch manager told me she can’t process it without my ID.

So I went back to the car to get the ID, when I came she was in the hallway talking on the phone. I was waiting for 10-15 minutes before she came back inside and told me I won’t qualify because I used to be a member over a year ago. I said why you Didn’t tell me before, she said she just realized it.

So I showed that I’m not happy she started yelling oh if I want to workout I have to pay $ 15.00. I suggested that’s not right on the pass it doesn’t say if you were an old member you can’t use it. I said I will cancel my wife and my kids memberships. She replied ” I don’t care” at this point I walked out because she was making a big scene.

Very unprofessional and do not possess any customer service skills.
