Misleading - HotelsOne.com

Booked room with Hampton Inn in Branson through HotelOne.com; The lady say 100% satisfaction.

The motel had no hot water for the evening or morning. The lady at the motel says to contact HotelOne.com and for them to call if they needed to verify. Hampton did not return money because we did not book through them.

HotelOne.com says only 15% return. That is a long way from 100%. I will not use this web page again to book any motels and I doubt if I will be staying at Hampton Inn.
