Worst Customer Service Ever - HerRoom.com

I received the wrong size of the item I ordered. I called but HerRoom was closed (M-F only). I read Returns instructions on website and used enclosed shipping label which was not prepaid.

When I called customer service on Monday I was treated very rudely and told that I should have called for a prepaid shipping label. No apologies for sending the wrong item, just mumblings about the manufacturer labeling the product erroneously. I was told that I would not be reimbursed shipping because I had “chosen to act on my own behalf” without notifying them of their mistake before returning the item.

I have since read so many other similar complaints about this company online, particularly regarding return refunds, that I’m just hoping I at least get my money back for the item I returned.
