Failure to void booking fee -

On August 15,2015 we were traveling from Texas back to our home in Ohio and made reservation through this service of hotels The initial charge reflected on our credit card was for $115.90. At the time of our check out at the motel (Comfort Inn) we received our room charge for $135.95 which was the correct amount for our stay.

Upon checking the transactions on our credit card we found the fee from the booking charge still on our bill. In all the travels we have made, never have we been charged from the booking company for the reservation and had them keep this amount for their service of taking care it. This seems like a fraudulent means for this provider to keep monies of which they are not entitled to.

We will “NEVER” use this service again and will make sure this information is shared with the many people we know who also do a large amount of traveling. Thank goodness we have never had this happen in our prior travels.
