Timeshare scam - Diamond Resorts International

Since 2002 we’ve owned a timeshare every other year at Mystic Dunes in FL. We were told we must convert our week into points. Carolyn H. the diamond sales person said, that our week was worth 4250 points. She told my husband and I we could stay two weeks for that many points. She said, we also had to buy another 2500 points for 12,000 dollars. This would increase our yearly fee from 1,200 every other year to 1,400 dollars every year.

We were told we could take two-three vacations every year or stay in larger units for family. We would get a total of 6500 points every January.

We just arrived home from our trip today and logged onto the Diamonds web sit. It cost 11000 points to book the same week we own. How can we cancel this fraudulent deal, we signed three days ago?

I’ve called at least nine different phone numbers and can’t find anyone to resolve this issue.
