Has the worst customer service - Xfinity Comcast
I have Comcast internet and cable service. After speaking with 4 useless customer service representatives I was finally told that a technician needs to come to my house to resolve the problem.
The next available appointment, 1 week later. The only assumption that I can make is that there are so many users having problems there the technicians can’t keep up with the number of service calls.
I depend on internet service for my job. Do not call victim to their low ball advertisements, it is not worth it. Who in this day and age can tolerate no internet service for 1 week. No one that I know.
