Poor customer service - Casey’s General Store

purchased eggs and milk. No receipt was offered. I had to ask for it. How lazy or cheap is this company? Can the company not afford to give a receipt because of the cost of the paper? Or is the employee incompetent and lazy.

Does the employee or company know the purpose of a receipt and why it should be offered? Two of the most breakable items purchased: eggs and milk.

The employee did not offer to bag the items. I had to request the items be bagged. Can the company not afford to bag items because of the cost of bags? Or is the employee incompetent and lazy?

Does the employee or company know the purpose of a bag? Take you business elsewhere. This is a low rent low service operation.
