Did Not Get Money - Boss Revolution

I went online to do a recharge for Jamaica, and got an error message saying that I should retry and I did only to know that each time u do that there is a charge to your bank account of the amount of money you wanted to recharge.

So I called the company and DINO who claims to be a supervisor was very rude, he asked me to call my bank and cancel the payment as they had not charged.

When i got in touch with the bank it was already charged, so with instructions from the bank. I called and spoke with DINO again, ad of course he refused to send a fax to the bank asking for a cancellation.
