Sympathy last respects – with NO RESPECT! - Avas Flowers

Ava’s took an online order on Thursday morning for a Sunday funeral service.
On Friday morning I received an email that simply read, “Please contact us regarding your recent order”. I phoned, held for 10 minutes, and was finally able to leave my name and number for a return call….which never came.

I phoned 2 additional times on Friday and held for 10 and 15 minutes…NOTHING.
I emailed Ava’s at ask what they needed.

Ava’s called me Saturday to say the contracted florist in the area of the funeral service had gone out of business and they wouldn’t be delivering our arrangement! It is now too late to get anything delivered….and then they wanted to give me a “Ava’s Store Credit” –

SERIOUSLY? NEVER AGAIN! Unethical, Unbusinesslike, Unreliable, Unbelievable!
