Customer Service Done Wrong! - Avas Flowers

On 26-August, 2015 I ordered a funeral arrangement for a wake and funeral scheduled for 30 and 31, August. I was assured by the AVAS FLORIST that the flowers would arrive at the funeral home on 29-August, so as to be at the funeral. The flowers never showed.

I called and called, texted, Facebook messaged and have still received no answer as to why the flowers did not arrive.

I would recommend that no one use this company! No respect for customers.
