Scamming Their Customers - Verizon Wireless

We received numerous emails from Verizon telling us that we had used all of our data for the plan month and that we could purchase additional data and have it backdated or be subject to overage charges.

When I called in on their 611 number I was again told the same thing.

However, when I checked our actual usage we had not even used half of our data and we only had 9 days left prior to the end of our billing cycle.

Therefore we were actually under utilizing our data plan minutes. This is a complete marketing scam by Verizon and I find it very disappointing!
