One very Angry Nanna “No Hoody” - Teezily

Ordered a Hoody, printed with a Slogan on the reverse refering to NANNA. It was a campaign like many more that they have ran in the past.You have to pay for the goods before the campaign ends, with a prommise of delivery 10 to 15 days after it has ended.

There custommer service is lacking, there excuses are many. But the goods on this occasion never arrived. I was and still am gutted, as these items are not available on the high street.

However i had paid with Paypal, was able to file a complaint. They couldnt even reply to that even though they had 10 days to do so.Paypal found in my favour, and all monies were returned to me.
