Sick of them - DISH Network

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for 20 years. I have three lines and pay over $200 per month. Recently my daughter’s Iphone 5 (purchased in June) broke. We went into the store and the phone was found to be “unfixable”. We were told that they would mail her a new phone by the next day.

When she got her phone, she put the old, non-working phone in the garbage. The other day I got a text message stating that if the broken phone was not returned shortly, I would be charged $500.

I called customer service to dispute this but the best that they could do was to put me on a “payment plan”. I cannot understand how they can charge me that kind of money for a broken phone. I told them that I will switch to SPRINT and they said”go ahead.

So much for customer loyalty.
