No Response… Extra Charges… Late Delivery - ShoesPie

I placed an order with this company on 4/17 and paid extra to have my products expedited. It was stated on the website that expedited delivery is 3-5 days for non-custom orders, which mine was standard.

I finally received my shoes on 4/30 and to my surprise owed UPS for cash on delivery.

I tried contacting this company via their online message service, phone, and direct email. I reached out to the four times and have yet to receive a response.
