Bad customer service - PNC Bank

I went to PNC ( in Conroy-Windermere rd) to open business and checking account several times, but I can never get noticed by tellers or anyone there. When I was sitting in the hallway with my children, a teller went by through us, did not say hi or How can I help you… or nothing..

It is not first time. This is second time for me to give chance to PNC to keep my funds in their bank. Now, I am going to close my both accounts. I did not feel welcome there or wanted.

The purpose of my visit was to get pin ( I was waiting for more than two weeks) to set up online banking. The manager could not make the system work to give to me pin, so I left with nothing. it is getting frustrated when you deal with unprofessional crew who do not even say “Hi!” to people when they walk in to the branch.

I know several people who closed their accounts for the same reason as well.
