Worst customer service ever - HerRoom.com

I have a carbon copy of the previous complaint. Their return policy is opaque at best and deceptive at worst with their ’30 day return policy’ starting from the date of shipping, not when you receive it. Tough luck if you get some weekends and holidays in the 6-8 days it takes for something to reach you. All this would be slightly more palatable if the customer representatives were just not outright hostile and rude.

I ignorantly didn’t google the company before ordering, otherwise I would have seen the dozens and dozens of complaints people have posted online about the horrible customer service they received.

Prices aren’t any lower than many other online or brick-and-mortar retailers, and I’d never recommend that my worst enemy shop at this place. The outright hostility is just salt on the wound to their horrible horrible return policy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
