Suckered by the “Same As Cash” - SmartPay

I purchased a $100 phone with Smartpay at Metropcs, the Metro employee ran my credit and advised me that I qualified for $400 W/ 60 DAYS SAME AS CASH. So im like, Great! I can pay $100 off in 60 days, no problem. They took one authorized payment for $37.44 and I called CS on day 54, I was told my payoff was $160 for a $100 phone!

I went bananas, Smartpay told me I was only setup for 30 days SAC and they dont EVEN DO SAME AS CASH over 30 days!! The Corporate Metropcs office, where i purchased my phone, STILL has a sign in the lobby that reads: 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH FINANCING!

Smartpay would not assist me in any way, only but to say “im sorry ma’am” 50x!

ON TOP OF EVEYTHING, THE PHONE IS TRASH, ABSOLUTELY NO MEMORY!
